Overview
RenewalGuard is a product of Operra Labs. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We do not sell your data.
Information we collect
- Account data: Your name and email address when you sign up.
- Subscription data: The subscription, contract, and renewal information you enter into the app.
- Billing data: If you upgrade to Pro, your payment is processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID but never your card details.
- Usage data: Basic analytics via Plausible (privacy-friendly, no cookies, no personal tracking).
How we use your data
- To operate your RenewalGuard account and provide the service.
- To send you renewal and notice period reminder emails you have opted into by using the service.
- To process billing through Stripe for Pro subscribers.
- We do not use your data for advertising or share it with third parties for marketing.
Data storage
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Email is sent via Resend.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing

Cookies
RenewalGuard does not use tracking cookies. We use Plausible Analytics which is cookieless and GDPR-compliant.
